Discovering Fresh Coffee
We are Wesley and Diana. Wesley discovered fresh coffee while on a mission trip to El Salvador. He was staying in a hacienda, had ordered breakfast, and took a sip of coffee... it was unlike any coffee he had ever tasted. While speaking to the owners, he discovered that he was staying in the middle of a coffee plantation and for the first time in his life he had tasted fresh coffee.
Searching for the Perfect Cup
That one taste led to a journey of discovering how to recreate that fresh cup of coffee. He purchased a roaster and began roasting coffees from different regions, altitudes, and process styles. He discovered what He believed was the best coffee from Ethiopia. He began sharing that experience with family and friends.
Sharing the Experience
His friends wanted to share that experience with others. Holy Grounds Roasting, LLC. was started to do just that. Our desire is that you would experience coffee the way God created it! We roast the green coffee and ship it within 48 hours in a Kraft bag with a one-way valve, letting the unflattering roasting gasses escape, to provide you with the freshest cup of coffee you will ever taste.
